The news was confirmed by Tatiana’s younger brother, John “Jack” Schlossberg, during a guest appearance on NBC’s Today show. The couple reportedly welcomed their baby boy earlier this month.

The baby’s middle name, Garrett, comes from his paternal grandfather Garrett Moran, a former managing director at the private equity firm Blackstone, and a resident of Greenwich, Connecticut.

Tatiana, 31, met George Moran while both were undergraduates at Yale University. The couple married in 2017 at the Martha’s Vineyard home of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, adding yet another layer of family tradition to their story.

This birth marks the first grandchild for Caroline Kennedy, who is currently serving as the U.S. ambassador to Australia.
