‘Wow’: Ramon Vega reacts to report on Tottenham and the £100m player

Ramon Vega says he is “not surprised” to hear claims Harry Kane was “banned” from Tottenham Hotspur’s training ground ahead of his transfer to Bayern Munich.

Tottenham’s all-time top scorer made his way to the exit this summer, joining German giants Bayern Munich in a “£100m” deal.

But it was reported by The Telegraph that Harry Kane was forbidden to go to the Hotspur Way and say goodbye “face to face” before his departure.

The 30-year-old is said to have been told before moving to Bayern Munich that he should “keep his hands off it”.

When Vega heard about it TwitterThough he was shocked, it didn’t surprise him.

Before leaving, Spurs did want Kane to sign a new contract but with 12 months left on his contract and he would be leaving for free next summer they had to make a call and sell him now.

“Wow,” Vega replied to the report. “I am not suprised!”

Tottenham without Kane

If the above happened then it is most likely due to the above and it is obvious who the Spurs fans will be pointing to.

Either way, while Kane is still the talk of the Spurs off the field, the team isn’t showing it on the field.

Yes, Ange Postecoglou’s side were left out of the EFL Cup on Tuesday night but he has made a huge difference since joining, including changing the side’s style of play.

Wow post: Ramon Vega reacts to a report on Tottenham and a £100m player that first appeared on HITC.
