Woman reveals how often you REALLY need to clean your dishwasher and the grim reason why

A WOMEN reveals that you’re forgetting to clean something else in the house: the dishwasher.
Yes, you still need to clean something to wash your dishes.
A Florida mothering blogger – who goes by the name Jettset Farmhouse on social media – revealed in a videotapes that, if you are the proud owner of a dishwasher, you need to clean the filter after every load or at least weekly.
All you need to do is remove the bottom bracket and open the filter visible under the fan and clean it with warm soapy water.
She also adds that every two months you need to really clean the entire dishwasher.
The mother-of-six says: “Start by placing a dishwasher-safe bowl on the top shelf and running it on the hottest cycle possible.
“While that cycle is running, deep-clean the filter in the sink with some dish soap and a brush.
“When that cycle is over, take out the vinegar and sprinkle some baking soda on the bottom of the dishwasher.
“Run another hot cycle and remove any dirt you see in the machine.”
She also reminds those who are following her that they need to clean up the dirt that can accumulate on the door.
Previously, another cleaning expert revealed the perfect way to clean up your garbage disposal, and you only need three things.
“Start by boiling some water. After it is boiled, you will pour it down at your discretion,” she started in a videotapes show process.
“What this will do is it breaks down any grease or oil that has clumped inside there.”
She said then pour half a cup of baking soda and between half a cup and a cup of vinegar down the drain.
The woman deftly advised: “Let it deflate and let it sit for 10 minutes.
“After 10 minutes, pour some warm water down and that’s it.”
However, some have warned against this hack because boiling water has the potential to damage PVC pipes and cause leaks.
If you don’t have vinegar, there is another hack supposedly to get clean garbage with ice and hot water.
“Pour a pile of rocks down your garbage disposal,” one person said in another cleaning video shared online.
“Then while it’s running, you turn on the hot water.”
If you try to clean your waste this way, you’ll see some dirty water in the sink, but don’t worry – it will flow back down the drain and be flushed away.
