Is she married?

No, Babe is not married.

The actress has not revealed the reason why she has not chosen a husband.

However, Frances had a few relationships with the partners she met in the course of her work.

Her first boyfriend was Danny Boyle, the director of Slumdog Millionaire, with whom she worked during high school.

The actress also had a lovely relationship with Drop the Donkey actor Neil Pearson. They dated for 5 years and finally broke up in 1990.

Her last known relationship was with her King Lear co-star, Sir Ian McKellen. They were in love until 2008.

She will always remember and love him for the support he gave her when she was in a bicycle accident in 2007 that broke her knee.

Three years ago, Frances opened up in an interview with The Times about being single and turning 60.

“I’m fine with 40, okay with 50, but at 60, I just want to pretend it didn’t happen,” she said. “Seeing ‘6’ as the first digit – I really don’t like it! It feels very old. But then I saw Nigella Lawson talk about turning 60 and how you have to accept it, and I thought, ‘She’s right!’ This is a new chapter, and 60 is supposed to be the new 40.

“Women have been renewed. We were brought up to think that at this age it would all be over, but that feeling is no longer the case. It’s not as terrible as I thought it would be.”
