The Queen of Pop returns to her rightful throne.

Following a health crisis this summer, Madonna has announced a handful of makeup dates for her career-spanning, international “Celebration Tour” from now through spring 2024.

Midway through the run, the “Like A Virgin” singer is scheduled to make stops at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on December 13-14 and New York’s Madison Square Garden on January 23-29, 2024.

She’s also looking forward to getting back on the road.

“All dressed up and going nowhere,” the 64-year-old singer shared Instagram. “But soon, very soon, I will travel to you.”

Tickets for all 45 upcoming shows are now available. For those who already have tickets, the seats already purchased are also valid for the catch-up dates.

Madonna tour set list

While Madonna has hinted that she’ll be playing four decades of hits from the ’80s, ’90s, 2000s, and 10s on the “Celebration Tour,” we’re not exactly sure which ones will make it to the final cut when she heads out for 44 concerts .

Although the best way to find out what she’ll be playing is live at the venue, we’ve dug through the Material Girl’s archives and found every song she’s ever played on tour – starting with “Holiday,” which she’s played 435 times (!) listed. to the one time she covered Elton John’s “Your Song.”

For the Celebration Tour, Madonna has secured support from famed drag queen, comedian, actress, activist, musician and reality TV personality Bob The Drag Queen.

You don’t know Bob?

Well, you might want to start her rise to fame with Season 8 of RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2016, where she was crowned the victor.

In the years since, you may have seen Bob on High Maintenance (2016), Tales of the City (2019), A Black Lady Sketch Show (2019), and the 2020 series We’re Here seen. which she co-moderated.

Of course Bob sings too.

Her single “Purse First” reached #43 on the US dance charts.

Postponement of the Madonna tour

The Celebration Tour was originally scheduled to start in Canada in July.

However, Madonna was hospitalized in June after developing a series of bacterial infections.

After a month of nursing, she accepted it Instagram to share an update on her recovery.

“My focus now is on my health and getting stronger and I assure you I will be with you as soon as possible!”

80s stars on tour in 2023

While Madonna may be the face of the ’80s, in 2023 many other icons from the decade of plenty will be circling victory laps as they take their hits to the streets.
