Warriors-Grizzlies odds, NBA playoff game 1 prediction

After a wild first-round NBA playoff series between the Grizzlies and the Timberwolves, Memphis is now turning its attention to a big series against the Warriors.
The Grizzlies are playing in a tough series just two days after ending an emotional win and could struggle to turn around quickly.
The Warriors haven’t played since Wednesday and Steph Curry should be ready for a full workload this series after coming on from the bench against the Nuggets.
Here’s a preview of Game 1 Warriors vs. Grizzlies on Sunday.

Warriors vs. Grizzlies Prediction
That death lineup that the Warriors debuted in Game 1 against the Nuggets proved utterly devastating. In the first four games of its existence, the “Death Lineup” had a +26 point differential against the Denver Nuggets. They successfully started the same lineup in Game 5 with a series-defining win.
The results of the Game 5 lineup were mixed. Jordan Poole only played 26 minutes and had just eight points. The Warriors emerged victorious nonetheless, but Poole’s lack of performance is certainly notable given that his last two games were his worst results in the playoffs.
In addition, the full-backs that the Grizzlies can match could pose some problems for Poole. This series will tell us a lot about where Poole and the Warriors stand in terms of actual title fights.

The Grizzlies face a better and more efficient team in the Warriors, who should emerge victorious in this series. As for Game 1, it will be interesting to see what line-up Steve Kerr plays with in this one. Regardless, getting the rested warriors on the road is the way to go.
Seeing Memphis in so much trouble with the Timberwolves is a real concern against the Warriors in Game 1. The spread is fixed at two points on FanDuel, but their moneyline is preferable with such a small value difference (-110, 52 .38% implied, vs. -130, 56.52% implied).
Warriors vs. Grizzlies Prediction: Warriors Moneyline -130/Warriors Win Game 1 and Series +115 (DraftKings)
NBA player props and parlay (+1100): Porter 1+ steal (+110) + Thompson 5+ rebounds (+150) + Poole ‘under’ 3.5 rebounds (-120), Warriors -1.5 (-120 )
Some notes on the above game placed on DraftKings offering risk free SGP for Sunday.
- The Grizzlies are turning the ball 16 times per game in the playoffs — essentially the most of any remaining team in the playoffs, according to NBA.com. Porter is one of the better defenders in the Warriors.
- Draymond Green said on his Volume Podcast that Klay Thompson has to crash the boards. Last time he had nine.
