Walmart shooter Andre Bing had a manifesto on the phone: report

Murderous Walmart exec Andre Bing reportedly had a manifesto on his phone – suggesting he wasn’t just a maniac when he gunned down six people at his Virginia store.

A law enforcement source told WAVY News the manifesto was found after Bing, 31, killed himself at the busy Chesapeake store following Tuesday night’s bloodshed – just days before Thanksgiving.

In it, Bing lamented recent, unspecified changes to his employment status and complained that other employees were harassing him about it, the source said told the local TV station.

It appears to support the claims of a new employee, Jessie Wilczewski, who told the same outlet she was convinced the laughing gunman planned his massacre.

She believes Bing preyed on people he had “problems” with — and spared their lives by telling her, “Jessie, go home,” during the rampage.

A former Chesapeake store maintenance worker, Joshua Johnson, told CNN that years before Bing became America’s newest mass shooter, he made chilling threats.

“He said if he was ever fired from his job he would get revenge and people would remember who he was,” said Johnson, who worked at the store until 2019.

A staffer who witnessed the carnage, Donya Prioleau, told CNN that Bing often “said a lot of disturbing things” and was “condescending” and “pretty mean to a lot of us.”

Others said he was paranoid and kept black tape over his phone camera.

“He always said the government was watching him,” a former employee, Shaundrayia Reese, told the outlet.

“Everyone always thought there was something wrong with him.”

Bing had a handgun and several magazines of ammunition with him during the attack, police said. Around 50 people were in the supermarket, the police said.

The dead included a 16-year-old boy, who police did not identify, and 70-year-old Randy Blevins, who was planning to retire within the year, a cousin wrote on Facebook.

The others were Kellie Pyle, 52, Lorenzo Gamble, 43, and Randy Blevins, 70, all from Chesapeake, and Tyneka Johnson, 22, from neighboring Portsmouth.

Despite the reported manifesto, authorities have said they are still investigating what may have motivated Bing, who has worked at Walmart since 2010.

Walmart, which has thousands of stores across the country, has been hit by gun violence before.

In August 2019, 23 people were killed at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, near the US-Mexico border in an act law enforcement described as domestic terrorism.

Walmart issued new restrictions on the sale of guns and ammunition after that shooting in 2019, as it did after other shootings at its stores.

“The devastating news of the shooting at our store in Chesapeake, VA by one of our employees last night hit our Walmart family hard,” Walmart Chief Executive Doug McMillon wrote on LinkedIn.

“My heart aches for our employees and the Chesapeake community who have lost or injured loved ones,” he wrote.
