BOVERER, Colo. (KDVR) – For the first time, Colorado’s wastewater testing system has detected levels of omicron variation in a community.

There are only two confirmed cases of omicrons in the state, according to Dr. Rachel Herlihy, Department of Public Health and Environment, Colorado State Epidemiologist. Both have international travel histories.
