Tom, 39, looked worse on Tuesday in somber street snaps obtained exclusively by The Sun.

He wore a red shirt with a hat, sunglasses and shorts as he briskly walked out of a restaurant in Los Feliz, California.

As he walked toward a vehicle, he took off his hat and put his hand on his forehead.

On the same day, he and Katie confirmed their split after 12 years together in separate Instagram statements.

Also seen with him was Tom’s costar and business partner Tom Sandoval.

The Vanderpump Rules star appeared to still be wearing his wedding ring, although he appeared to be hiding his hand from cameras when he spotted the photographers.

The Sun previously exclusively reported that Katie felt Tom “didn’t step up” during their marriage and was recently spotted without her ring, sparking speculation.

The Sun has reached out to Tom’s rep for comment and they have not responded.

Katie, 35, shared the sad news in a text-only Instagram post, along with two pictures of her and her husband from happier times.

“I never thought I’d have to make an announcement like this,” she began in her heartbreaking March 15 recording.

“After 12 years of adventuring through life together, Tom and I are ending our marriage,” the Bravo star wrote, “thanking” her support system.

Tom also shared three text-only statements and photos, although his tone matched the mood of the new images.

“Well that sucks,” he wrote. “How am I supposed to capture 12 years of love in one fucking Instagram caption?

“I’m not ready to use the ‘D’ word because it’s too painful. Yes, my heart aches.”

‘NO BITTER’

He went on to say there was “no bitterness,” adding “You’ll be in my heart” in the three lengthy messages, before sharing some pictures. “On my ass? Not so much.”

The couple have fueled breakup rumors for weeks after the podcast host shared cryptic quotes about divorce and shared photos that emphasized them without a wedding ring.

Previously, a source close to Katie and Tom exclusively told The Sun that although they have “flipped” on whether or not to stay in their relationship, they are currently spending time apart.

“Katie and Tom broke up and got back together and broke up and got back together. They are not currently together, no.

“She’s doing her own thing right now,” the insider claimed.

“She hasn’t filed for divorce yet, but it has been discussed. They’re just taking some time to themselves and see what happens.”

The source added that the exact events leading up to the split are “to tell Katie’s story” and the time apart is “their choice.”

“She thinks the blame is his and he’s had his chances to get better, but he didn’t rise to the challenge.

“Now she’s focused on her own happiness, something that wasn’t a priority in her marriage.”

A representative for Tom did not respond to The Sun’s request for comment.

WITH EMPTY HANDS

While Tom appeared to have his ring on his first sighting amid the news, last week Vanderpump Rules fans noticed that Katie shared pictures that highlighted her bare hand without her wedding ring.

Many agreed that the decision was a sign that their marriage was in trouble.

Katie tied the knot with the TomTom co-founder in 2016 after dating since 2010.

Although they originally had a romantic ceremony, it was revealed years later that the couple had never officially filed their documents with the court, so they weren’t legally married.

In 2019, Lisa Vanderpump urged them to make it official with a smaller ceremony in Las Vegas — where they eventually sealed the deal with the proper paperwork.

During their 12 years together, many of their ups and downs played out on camera — including his infidelity, which was revealed two years after their marriage.
