One of the luxuries of staying in a hotel is taking advantage of complimentary soaps, hair care products, and slippers.
But some hotel guests push it even further and take things they definitely shouldn’t.
The general manager of the hotel revealed to The Times the most annoying thing things that some guests have stolen.
One general manager said their biggest pet is when a guest asks for a supplement toilet paper, although they had enough.
They said Time:”[It’s annoying when guests] asked for additional loo rolls (we put two fresh rolls in one room per day), only to find that they had taken a lot home.
“This happens even for guests staying in a suite that costs £800 plus a night.”
Or have you ever been in a hotel room and tried to use the TV, only to find out the remote didn’t work?
It could be due to the guest before you swiped the pin off it.
A general manager said most hated guests is: “Those who steal the batteries of the TV remote control.
“They’re not expensive, but it’s very inconvenient for the next guests.”
Some brazen guests even attempt to rob large items, including decorations and pictures, and if they get caught, pretend it was an accident.
Guests have even Mattresses stolen from five-star hotels, some of which cost thousands of pounds.
We have compiled a list of hotel categories that you can and cannot steal from your hotel room – and what if you still tried.
