Two men convicted in deadly shooting in crowded area
LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Two men were found guilty of second-degree murder for a fatal shooting in Lehigh Acres.
Victor Colon Jr. and Ricky Ruiz were both convicted of second-degree murder and shooting in a occupied vehicle, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
Colon and Ruiz chased 21-year-old Isaiah Robles in a rush hour car. Prosecutors said the cars stopped and Ruiz got out and shot Robles 16 times.

Both Colon and Ruiz drove and were later arrested at Hialeah by the US Marshals.

Sentencing for both is expected on January 31.
