‘Twin Flames’: Love Island fans are begging Ekin-Su and Davide to get back together as romantic concoctions

Monday (June 27) night island of love saw more question marks emerge over the potential reunion of the show’s two most quotable contestants: Ekin-Su and Davide.

While the Italian claims Ekin-Su is dead to him since she snuck off for a secret kiss with Jay when they were a couple, the tide seems to be changing.

“I’ll be honest with you, I don’t know what it is, but there’s a kind of chemistry with Davide. Every time we’re together it’s weird, something happens,” Ekin-Su told Dami in the kitchen.

“Maybe it would have worked if I had waited… I keep thinking that, but it’s too late now,” the Turkish actor continued. But is it? Jay also teased Davide about “unfinished business” with Ekin-Su, which despite his denial, Davide couldn’t help but grin.

The next episode even appeared to tease the duo stripping each other during a challenge.

There’s a chance fans are urging the duo to rekindle their romance after their initial romp caused some of the biggest drama this season so far.

“Davide and Ekin Su are twin flames. They’ve both claimed they can get each other “like this, OK THEN DO IT,” wrote screenwriter Bolu Babalola.

“Ekin su and Davide share the same level of narcissism, it’s a match made in hell and I love it,” one fan wrote.

“ekin su and davide want each other so badly they only live on arrogance and sexual tension,” wrote another viewer.

One person added: “ngl [not going to lie] Ekin Su and Davide have nuclear chemistry. You are playing the long game.”

island of love continues on Tuesday 28 June at 9pm on ITV2.
