Trump adviser Boris Epshteyn is accused of “harassing women” in a 2021 nightclub incident

It was revealed on Thursday that Boris Epshteyn, an adviser to former President Donald Trump, was arrested in Arizona nearly two years ago after a woman told police that a “Tony Soprano-like guy” was repeating her and her sister in groped at a nightclub.
Epshteyn and his accuser can be seen in body camera footage Republic of Arizona following the alleged incident at the Bottled Blonde in Scottsdale on October 10, 2021.
The Trump adviser eventually pleaded guilty to one count of “disorderly conduct, disruptive behavior, or quarreling” and was serving a suspended sentence. The conviction was overturned by the court in January.
The charges of “assault”, “attempted sexual abuse” and “repeated acts of harassment” were dismissed.
Footage shows an unidentified woman telling police outside the bar that Epshteyn “touched me and my sister” throughout the evening.

“He sort of cornered her and grabbed her and it just makes her incredibly uncomfortable,” the woman adds, claiming Epshteyn touched her sister’s “chest, hips and crotch.”
She claimed nightclub staff told her Epshteyn spent “about fifty grand” and refused to confront the political strategist.
“This guy was harassing women in the bar and the bar told us to go have a drink with him,” she said.

A security guard eventually stopped Scottsdale police officers outside the club and informed them of a possible sexual assault, leading to authorities questioning the women and arresting Epshteyn.
The video shows Epshteyn, who is wearing shorts, sandals and a collared white shirt, being led into a police car after being handcuffed. He denied the allegations to police and declined to comment when The Post contacted him.
The Trump adviser was arrested in Scottsdale in 2014 after a fight in which he allegedly hit a man outside a bar.
Epshteyn was sentenced to community service and in this case had to pay a fine.
Epshteyn worked on both Trump’s 2016 and 2020 presidential campaigns, and sat alongside the former president during his arraignment in Manhattan earlier this year over allegations related to hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election.
He is also advising the 77-year-old former president on his candidacy for the White House in 2024.
