Travis Kelce’s houses are no match for Taylor Swift

When Travis Kelce isn’t catching touchdown passes, he’s relaxing in his chic 10,000-square-foot Kansas City mansion.

But there’s no comparison between Kelce’s cozy quarters and his new girlfriend Taylor Swift’s stunning $150 million real estate empire, which stretches from coast to coast – and across the pond.

The Chiefs tight end secured a custom seven-bedroom mansion in Kansas City’s upscale Briarcliff West neighborhood in 2019.

He made this place his own for a whopping $995,000. The home received a major facelift in 2007 with numerous improvements on the ground floor and upstairs.

Although Kelce has an estimated net worth of around $30 million, he keeps it simple in this lavish estate.

The house is 10,000 square feet and has a pool.

It features five bathrooms, two half baths, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a lounge, a gym and a wine cellar with a built-in bar. Outdoor areas include a dining area, the expansive swimming pool with gazebo, a private balcony and even a martini terrace off the master bedroom overlooking the pool.

This location also features two family rooms, a theater room, a home office on the main level and a second office/loft on the second level.

Kelce now also owns a modest 1,500-square-foot condo in Orlando that he shares with his parents and brother Jason Kelce. This little Florida gem fetched him $355,000 when he secured it in 2019.

Kelce purchased a unit in this apartment building in 2019.

In recent years, Kelce has even been spotted living in a chic high-rise called One Light Luxury in Kansas City.

Constructed in 2015, the building stands 25 stories tall in the heart of downtown KC, making it the perfect place to enjoy local restaurants, shops, concerts and nightlife.

Amenities include a rooftop pool, free gym membership and free Google Fiber internet services.

On the other hand, Swift’s real estate empire far outweighs Kelce’s. This pop sensation has dominated the music industry for more than a decade, raking in big bucks from albums, tours that sell out faster than you can say “Swifties,” and merchandise that flies off the shelves.

Your assets? An incredible $740 million makes her the second richest self-made woman in music, just behind Rihanna with $1.4 billion and ahead of Madonna with $580 million.

But it’s not just the music that has made Swift the queen of the castle. Since 2011, she has been quietly building a real estate portfolio that would make even the most experienced real estate tycoon green with envy. With properties in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Rhode Island, and other locations, her real estate holdings are valued at a whopping $150 million.

Swift, 33, and Kelce, 33, were recently spotted having a post-game meal at a local restaurant in Kansas City, and they didn’t just eat and binge. No, they closed the store.

Kelce and the 12-time Grammy winner made Kansas City’s Prime Social Rooftop their own personal playground. The fun lasted a long time and the lovebirds were reportedly “very affectionate.”

“Travis bought the restaurant for his family and team. “Taylor arrived in a denim dress and was seen snacking, drinking cocktails and dancing next to Travis,” an eyewitness revealed. “The two were very loving towards each other, but ensured that they were fun and carefree. Travis’ teammates and his mother Donna Kelce also came to the after-party. The party lasted until 2am.”
