Travis Barker was reportedly hospitalized for pancreatitis

Travis Barker was reportedly rushed to a Los Angeles hospital with pancreatitis.

On Tuesday (June 28), the Blink 182 drummer was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The musician was joined by his wife Kourtney Kardashian.

The reason for Barker’s hospital visit was originally unknown. However accTMZSources connected to the family have confirmed that his presence was due to an inflamed pancreas, which doctors believe was triggered by a colonoscopy.

Symptoms of pancreatitis can include nausea, severe abdominal pain, and vomiting. Details of when he underwent the colonoscopy were not released.

The Independent reached out to Barker’s representative for comment.

According to previous reports, Barker initially attended West Hills Hospital after suffering a health problem, but was then rushed to greater Cedars-Sinai by ambulance.

On the same day, the 46-year-old shared a tweet that read, “God bless me.”

Following the news, Barker’s 16-year-old daughter, Alabama, shared a post on her Instagram Stories, seemingly in response.

“Please send your prayers,” she wrote, adding a wide-eyed emoji.

Barker and Kardashian were officially married in May at a courthouse in Santa Barbara, California. Later in the month they held their main celebration in Portofino, Italy.

The wedding was attended by the famous Kardashian family, including mother Kris Jenner and sisters Kim, Khloe, Kylie and Kendall. Kardashian’s three children, Mason, Penelope and Reign were also in attendance.
