A high-pressure peak that dominates the western US will keep the offshore winds and winds a breeze, and help push the highs near 90 later this afternoon.
The overnight low is not quite as cool as yesterday morning, suggesting a warming trend is underway.
Today’s highs will peak in the 80s, a few degrees warmer than yesterday.
We did see a slight drop in temperatures over the weekend, but we remained above average through the weekend.
