TI storms the stage after comic allegations of sexual assault are noted: “Take off your wig!”

TI has confronted a comedian at an Open Mike night in Atlanta after she made allegations of sexual assault against him during her live stand-up set.
The 41-year-old rapper was in the audience at Our Bar ATL on Monday night as funny woman Lauren Knight referenced claims that TI and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris drugged and sexually assaulted a woman in 2005.
According to Knight, TI — real name Clifford Harris — molested her during her comedy routine, repeatedly yelling from the crowd and telling her to “take off her wig.”
That taunt prompted Knight to bring up the 2005 allegations — which were the subject of a lawsuit kicked out by a district attorney last year.
“I said, ‘I’ll take my wig off if you address the allegations'” Knight explained in a subsequent Instagram video dealing with the incident.
The reference to “the allegations” caused TI to erupt as the rapper stormed the stage and berated Knight in front of a stunned audience. It was an amazing turn of events so soon after Will Smith went on stage and slapped Chris Rock in the face at the oscars on 27.

video of the moment — shared on Baller Alert’s Instagram page – shows TI grabbing a mic and telling Knight, “As many times as you joke about that shit, I’ll check your motherfucking ass for as long as it takes.”
He continued, “If you stop playing with me and I will stop saying anything. There is no such thing as a motherf king case. Never been a mother king case. I did nothing wrong and my wife did nothing wrong. And if you keep playing with me, n—-, I’ll keep confronting publicly, verbally.”
Knight then snapped back, saying, “This is a comedy show… If I’m going to joke about something, I’ll joke about something. You won’t tell me to shut up. This is my s–t.”
However, the video also shows Knight saying that she doesn’t believe the sexual assault allegations and telling the crowd, “TI is innocent. I really believe it. give it up for him There are no fees.”

In her subsequent Instagram video covering the skirmish, Knight seemed to imply that she didn’t have any hard feelings against the rapper.
“I made a joke, just like him,” she told her followers in the clip.
The Post has reached out to representatives from TI for comment

Knight also stood by her controversial reference to TI’s lawsuit, writing in the caption, “Listen… You can’t be a heckler and get angry when you get a response. I stand by what I said. i love comedy Make sure you get the whole story before you believe anything.”
A woman last year filed a lawsuit against TI and his wife Tiny – real name Tameka Harris – who claimed they drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2005.
However, the Suit was thrown away only months later due to the statute of limitations.
TI and Tiny’s attorney, Shawn Holley, told Page Six at the time: “Mr. and Mrs. Harris are pleased but not surprised by the District Attorney’s decision to dismiss these baseless allegations. We appreciate the diligent review of the case by the prosecution and are grateful to be able to put this matter behind us and move on.”
TI has since been accused of other crimes by more than 30 women – but never charged.

In recent years, women have accused the “Live Your Life” rapper of a litany of crimes including drug abuse, kidnapping, rape and intimidation.
An incident in which a woman claimed to have been drugged and assaulted by TI in 2010 was similarly dismissed in Las Vegas last year because the statute of limitations had expired.
TI and Tiny have repeatedly “denied in the strongest terms these baseless and unsubstantiated allegations,” calling the claims a “shakedown.”
The couple was married since 2010 and has raised seven children, including three of her own and others from her individual previous relationships.
