Unlike Seth Meyers, Aubrey Plaza doesn’t trust her that much white lotus Character.
In the final episodes of Mike White’s comedy drama, Plazas Harper manipulates her husband Ethan (Will Sharpe) into believing that she may have been cheating on him with his boyfriend Cameron (Theo James).
However, when Ethan confronts her about their alleged affair, Harper blames her infidelity on “just a kiss.”
While things remain ambiguous, talk show host Meyers told Plaza he “believes Harper.”
During Plaza’s performance on Monday (December 12). Late Night with Seth Meyers, She was asked what she thought “actually happened”.
Plaza admitted she didn’t see the final cut of the season 2 finale before throwing the question back at Meyers, who replied, “I believed Harper. I thought they were kissing.”
“Is that what I said? That we kissed?” Plaza countered. “I know what happened.”
“We did some stuff and I hated every minute of it. It was gross and there was no penetration,” she replied mischievously.
Plaza again asked Meyers what he thought happened, to which he repeated, “Like I said, I thought Harper it was just a kiss.”
“Just a kiss?” asked the actor.
“Yeah. Now that I’ve believed in your accomplishment, I feel like an idiot,” Meyers laughed. “I think maybe you guys each grabbed the other’s butt — through your clothes!”
“I think I picked up a little bit more,” Plaza replied.
The White Lotus aired its sizzling season two finale over the weekend, surprising fans with a big death reveal.
Afterwards, series creator White explained why he decided to kill off a main character.
