Dewayne Callahan bought his first hot dog truck in Oklahoma City so he could build sausages like the hot dog carts he grew up with in the Windy City.

“A lot of people have moved here from Chicago,” says Callahan. “When they saw the Bo Vien square, they were suspicious. Everyone at OKC advertised that they had Chicago dogs… but that’s not the case. ”

After his business took off, he got the attention of Parlor General Manager Todd Creekmur.
