A MUSIC lover rummaging through a charity shop found a copy of the first album she bought – with her name and date scrawled on her sleeve 41 years ago.

LuLu Baylee, 54 years old, was shocked to find out Boney M’s Turn off the heat for me.

Stunned LuLu, who found it after moving back to his hometown Jerseyjoked that now she needs to “buy a tape recorder”.

She said, “I hadn’t seen the album in 41 years when we moved abroad in September 1980.

“We gave away all our belongings along with all our records, but moved back to Jersey eight years ago.”

First Lulu bought the album from Lady Jayne’s profile for just £3.23 when she was 13 years old.

She added: “I don’t even own a recorder but just need to buy it back!

“I watched Boney M a couple of summers ago, and they were great.

“Thank you, Durrell!”
