SAN JOSE, California (AP) — The jurors currently charged with reviewing 11 fraud and conspiracy charges against former Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes are expected to begin their first day of deliberations on Wednesday. Two. They have plenty of evidence to consider after the three-month experiment that has captivated Silicon Valley. That includes the testimony of 32 witnesses – including Holmes – and more than 900 exhibits. The eight men and four women on the jury will begin deliberations late Friday and will take the weekend off before continuing on Monday morning. If convicted on all counts, Holmes, 37, could face up to 20 years in prison.
