Texas car crash at Exxon gas station causes massive explosion

A vehicle crashed into a natural gas pipeline in Texas early Wednesday morning, causing a massive explosion Mannfeld Fire Department.

The massive inferno erupted around 1 a.m. after the crash at an Exxon gas station, according to local reports.

The fire blocks Freeways 287 and 360as a resident within a mile Radius were evacuated for several hours.

One person was flown to Parkland Hospital with burn injuries, firefighters said.

Twitter footage captures the fiery flame shooting up into the sky as smoke fills the air.

Firefighters had the raging inferno under control by 3:30 a.m. and residents were able to return home.
