Paxton has filed two civil investigation requests against the company.

Paxton is asking for confirmation and asking for proof of action against these claims, if any. CID must be returned to Paxton’s office no later than March 18, 2022.
TikTok must also disclose how many videos have been removed for violating their terms and conditions, and what actions have been taken to maintain the safety of users.
