Taylor Swift’s $1million swanky childhood home finds a buyer

Living like Taylor Swift doesn’t have to be one of your “wildest dreams.” It can be done – and now someone can call a piece of their history their own.

Before Swift, 32, moved to Nashville to pursue her music career and later megastardom, she lived in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Although she sang several times about her 11-acre Christmas Tree Farm where she grew up in the town of Reading, she and her family later moved to a five-bedroom, five-bathroom property in the same town.

This five-bedroom home hit the market in February for $1.1 million. And after a $100,000 price cut, the property was signed on Friday, The Post learned – meaning it will shortly enter its next chapter under new ownership.

Swift lived in this Georgian colonial house for seven years until 2004. The family bought the 3,500-square-foot home in 1997 for $280,000, which is about $500,000 today.

When they put the house up for sale in 2004, it stayed on the market for three years before finding a buyer. They sold it for $480,000, records show, or $735,000 by today’s figures.

The home, which is considered “one of a kind,” is three stories tall and has been described as a structure with “old world charm” with modern updates.

Features include hardwood floors, crown molding and a brick fireplace with wood mantel.

The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast nook and solid marble-topped island with floor-to-ceiling cabinets and access to a second staircase. The adjacent breakfast room has a butler’s pantry with a wet bar, large windows, and sliding doors that open to the front yard, the listing states.

On the second level is the master suite with a luxurious bathroom with double vanity – and access to a private terrace.

The third floor has three more bedrooms, all with angled/vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and closets, while the fifth bedroom offers the potential of a recreation room.

Away from Pennsylvania, Swift, 32, has since amassed an $80 million real estate portfolio. She currently owns homes in London, New York City, Rhode Island and Los Angeles.

As of 2014, Swift bought an entire block in the Tribeca neighborhood for $47.7 million. A year earlier, she bought a mansion in Rhode Island for $17 million. She also has a modest $1.9 million penthouse in Nashville and a second property in Music City, which she bought shortly after her meteoric rise to fame.

In 2015, she bought a $25 million Beverly Hills estate.
