Taylor Swift sparks engagement rumors following romantic split in Cornwall with British actor boyfriend, Joe Alwyn

POP superstar Taylor Swift has enjoyed a fabulous holiday in Cornwall with actor boyfriend Brit Joe Alwyn – sparking rumors they are engaged.

The couple flew by private jet from her Nashville home in the US to London last week before heading to the holiday hotspot St Ives.

Friends say the fact they traveled 4,000 miles in just a three-day visit to the town shows it was “especially special” for the couple.

An insider told The Sun: “Taylor’s a superstar and obviously very rich, so she can travel virtually anywhere she wants at any time.

“But to go this far in just a few days obviously means a lot to them.

“It seems like things are getting more serious and people think there might be an engagement on the cards. That could explain a long journey to a particular place.

“Taylor keep her card close to her chest, but they are definitely very happy and enjoying time together.

“Lockdown makes things more serious and they’ve been living together all this time.”

Sources say the duo, who have been together for six years, rented a house for their visit to St Ives for maximum romantic seclusion rather than staying in hotels.

After three nights, they returned to the United States on a 3,000-mile flight to Maine.

A friend added: “It was a beautiful ride.”

Taylor, 32 years old, and Joe, 30 years old, have split their time between the US and London in recent years, sharing a £7million home in Evening Primrose Hills – although she still considers Nashville her “main home”.
