Sunday is warm and sunny; dry tension continues

DENVER (KDVR) – The lingering excess clouds Saturday afternoon will slowly clear in the evening as the lows drop to 20s above and below 30. Mostly sunny skies return Sunday afternoon with highs above the mid-60s average.
Sunshine and warm conditions linger at the start of the work week. Tuesday will be a few degrees cooler in the mid-50s, when a weak system passes north of us.

The forecast remains dry through the weekend with the possibility of snow in the mountains on Saturday night. Sadly, the models are not highly consistent, so that may not even be the case, meaning drought conditions will be prolonged.
