STEPHANIE Grisham looks unrecognizable as the former press secretary tells The View today that Trump is “afraid of Putin”.
Grisham appeared as a guest host on the talk show and revealed the details about the relationship between Trump and Putin.
“I think he was afraid of him. I think he was afraid of him. I think the man intimidated him,” Grisham said.
“[Trump] I really admired Putin and I saw that firsthand.”
“I think he wanted to be able to kill anyone who spoke out against him.”
Grisham also claims Trump “loved” the dictators and said he would often take Putin’s word on US intelligence in many situations.
When asked how she thinks Trump would handle the current conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Grisham said she believes he would take a “hands-off approach.”
“Donald Trump would be hiding 57 feet underground… and Zelensky is out there fighting for his country.”
When discussing Trump’s relationship with PutinGrisham claims she saw Trump tell the Russian president on camera that he would be tough on him, but they had conversations off-camera.
Grisham was Trump’s press secretary and communications director for almost a year. to leave this position in April 2020. She was replaced by Kaleigh McEnany.
Grisham famously never held a press conference while serving as press secretary.
She then moved into a position as Melania Trump’s chief of staff. She resigned from that post on January 6, 2021, becoming the first Trump administration official to do so amid the events of the uprising.
After Grisham left the Trump administration, she wrote a comprehensive book about her time in the White House called I’ll Take Your Questions Now.
In the book, she alleges a toxic work environment, including Trump’s abuse of employees. Grisham came under fire When the book was published because it “turned the family for money,” Trump’s former adviser Jason Miller said.
Trump, on the other hand, does allegedly Russian troops would never have advanced if he had still been in office.
“Properly managed, there was absolutely no reason the situation that is happening in Ukraine should have happened at all,” Trump wrote in a statement Feb. 22.
trump too said recently to golf pro John Daly that Russia did not invade Ukraine during his presidency because he threatened to bomb Moscow.
