SNL: Dave Chappelle parodies various casting on House of the Dragon

Dave Chappelle faked house of the dragon while his Saturday night live tenure this weekend.
The controversial comedian began by asking the crowd: “Anyone out here watching this new show ‘House of Dragons’ [sic]?
“I am the best game of Thrones Fan I love your new show. And I gotta tell you, I love that they have black characters in them. But to be honest, the black characters…they throw me off a bit. It’s that blonde hair and vintage accents. It’s a bit irritating, where are these people from?”
Chappelle then teed up SNL sketch by saying that executive producer Lorne Michaels managed to secure a “sneak peek” at the show’s second season.
The comedy spoof was littered with characters and references to the host’s Noughties sketch show. Chappelle’s show, including original cast member Donnell Rawlings.
In which SNL Scene introduces Kenan Thompson as Lord Corlys Velaryon to “new allies” including Ice-T as Larry Targaryen.
That game of Thrones The prequel series drew criticism from some fans of George RR Martin’s original work for the various castings that did not match the book descriptions.
Speak with Weekly entertainmentSeries co-creator Ryan Condal said: “The world is very different now than it was 10 years ago [Game of Thrones] everything began. It’s different than 20 years ago when Peter Jackson did it Lord of the Rings. These types of stories need to be broader than they traditionally have been.
“That was very important for [co-creator Miguel Sapochnik] and I to create a show that wasn’t just another bunch of white guys on screen, just to be blunt.
Elsewhere further SNLChappelle delivered a sprawling 15-minute monologue that included risqué jokes about the Jewish community in the light of Kanye West’s recent controversies.
