Snag Disturbed singer David Draiman’s Miami home for $5.19 million

David Draiman, lead singer of newly divorced heavy metal band Disturbed lists his mansion in Florida for $5.19 million — down from the original offering of $5.75 million last January and $5.5 million in May.
In March 2022, he paid $5.22 million for the home.
The 6,583-square-foot home at 12650 SW 77th Ave. in the Miami suburb of Pinecrest has seven bedrooms and 6½ baths.
Draiman, who has opened up about his struggles with depression, also has a sense of humor.
“Anyone want to buy a nice house in Pinecrest, Florida?” He published in May on social media. “No, my account was not hacked. It’s me. It’s mine lol.”
The stunning contemporary-style Spanish-Moroccan villa features a chef’s kitchen, outdoor kitchen, home theater, wine gallery, courtyard, koi pond and spiral staircase to a lagoon-style pool – and plenty of entertaining areas. A master bedroom suite leads to a private terrace.

The property, which conveys a retreat atmosphere, includes a guest house and ‘maid’s quarters’.
Disturbed formed in Chicago in 1994 and is still going strong, far longer than some band members’ marriages. Their latest, well-received album, Divisive, came out last year.
Draiman was born into an Orthodox Jewish family in New York and grew up in Chicago. He recently divorced his wife of 11 years, Lena Yada-Draiman. They share a 9-year-old son, Samuel.
He previously owned homes in Honolulu, Austin, Chicago, and the Northridge and Sherman Oaks neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
