Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says two congressmen are believed to have been shot in western Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) – Authorities are investigating after reports of two deputies injured in a shooting in western Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

Gonzalez said the shooting happened Tuesday night in the 6600 block of Amberfield Lane. Initial information is that the suspect involved may also have been shot.

Although no additional information has been released, Gonzalez is asking the public to pray for the delegates.
