Sharon Osbourne was reportedly hospitalized on Friday after suffering a medical emergency in California.
Sources told TMZ the incident allegedly happened Friday night when the 70-year-old television personality was filming a paranormal show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula.
A Ventura County Fire Department representative told the outlet that emergency responders responded to a “medical call” at the inn and rushed a patient to Santa Paula Hospital.
TMZ reports that Santa Paula Police Chief Don Aguilar confirmed Osbourne was the patient.
A manager at the Glen Tavern Inn announced there was an “emergency,” but declined to share more information with TMZ.
The Post reached out to Osbourne officials, as well as emergency teams, for comment.
Osbourne only posted to social media on Friday, sharing her love of dogs on Instagram.
Osbourne was spotted with her son Jack in Los Angeles two weeks ago; his fiancee, Aree Gearhart; and their daughter Maple. The pictures came after Osbourne revealed she had a facelift last year that gave her “horrific” results.
“It hurt like hell. You have no idea,” she added of the cosmetic surgery, which she claimed to The Sunday Times lasted five and a half hours.
Osbourne has had medical fears in the past. She began undergoing a series of more than 20 chemotherapy treatments for colon cancer in 2002. Those treatments were included in the second season of MTV reality show The Osbournes — and she was declared cancer-free.
Osbourne is no stranger to controversy and fighting. The outspoken Brit, who is married to rock star Ozzy Osbourne, quit CBS’ The Talk in March 2021 after defending Piers Morgan’s scathing criticism of Oprah Winfrey’s interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
As the longtime manager of Ozzy, she has been known to quarrel with other bands and even turn off the power to Iron Maiden if they played at Ozzfest for too long. In “The Osbournes,” she once threw a frozen ham at her pesky Beverly Hills neighbor’s home.
Sharon and Ozzy share three children: Aimee, 39, Kelly, 38, and Jack, 37. Sharon has been looking after the Crazy Train rocker, who has Parkinson’s disease and other health conditions.
This is breaking news and more information will be added all the time.
