“Summer House” stars Carl Radke and Lindsey Hubbard shocked fans break off their engagement — less than three months before the Bravolebrities’ planned wedding in November.
So – who gets the apartment?
Radke, 38, and Hubbard, 37, just moved into a luxurious two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in Manhattan’s Kips Bay neighborhood last May — renting for a whopping $13,000 a month.
With an area of almost 1,300 square meters, the house embodies “historic living in classic New York style with refreshing modernity”, according to the listing.
The unit features a 365 square foot balcony that offers stunning views of the Empire State Building and Midtown.
Interiors feature wide oak plank floors, hardwood floors and oversized windows.
The unit features an open-plan kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a master bedroom with a bathroom with a marble accent wall, a cast-iron bathtub, and a wall-hung toto toilet.
Amenities in the Hillrose28 building include a shared rooftop bar and grill area, 24-hour doorman and concierge service, duplex fitness area, lounge lounge with wet bar, and a sunken fireplace.
Radke and Hubbard met in 2016 while filming the first season of Summer House.
“The breakup has been filmed and will most likely play out in the next season of ‘Summer House,'” a source told Entertainment Tonight.
