(WIVB) – There is little doubt that a new stadium for the Buffalo Bills will not be built near downtown Buffalo, but instead on Abbot Road across Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park.

During a speech Monday morning in Wyoming County, Governor Kathy Hochul got emotional about the newly proposed Bills Stadium. Responding to reporters’ questions, Governor Hochul said the state would support the team’s choice of Orchard Park as the site for the construction of a new stadium.
