Seann Walsh becomes the seventh contestant to be eliminated from I’m a Celebrity

Seann Walsh is the seventh contestant to leave the current series I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!

Her exit follows that of DJ Chris Moyles on Thursday night’s episode (November 24) and that of Babatunde Aleshe the night before.

The news was broken by series hosts Ant and Dec, who entered the campsite towards the end of Friday’s (November 25) episode.

Walsh, a stand-up comedian, narrowly beat Owen Warner in the public vote. The result leaves Warner in the bottom four alongside Conservative MP Matt Hancock, ex-England footballer Jill Scott and ex-rugby player Mike Tindall.

Speaking to Ant and Dec after his departure was announced, Walsh said: “So many memories. So many great memories. I loved it. It’s hard and I don’t know how that comes across on screen.

“As soon as you said my name everything difficult is gone and now I have absolutely incredible memories. It will take me a long time to process it.”

Voting is now open to the i am a celebrity final, with another elimination to take place in tomorrow night’s episode (Saturday 26 November).
