Sea Sounds Can Enhance Orgasms: Audio Erotica Expert

Come back?

The founder of an erotic audio company claims that hearing the sound of waves can train the brain to have better orgasms.

Gina Gutierrez, 31, made the kinky claim at the TED2022 conference last week when he told the crowd of 1,500 that noise is essential for sexual pleasure.

While most people get aroused by stereotypical sounds like heavy breathing and orgasmic screaming in porn, Gutierrez said hearing less obviously erotic sounds can expand a person’s imagination and – by default – their sexual horizons.

Gutierrez began her presentation by playing a five-second audio clip of waves crashing against the shore insider.

“Aren’t those the sounds you had in mind?” she asked the crowd. “I bet everyone in this room imagines something different, but also full of different details about the environment and circumstances. Audio is incredible.”

“It’s not treason to use your imagination to give you more pleasure,” Gutierrez said. “Imagination is a safe space, and it’s time we dispelled the myth that what you fantasize about and what’s supposed to happen in reality are always the same.”

Gutierrez is the founder of Dive – an audio app where subscribers can listen to sexy script stories to get off.

However, the businesswoman said sounds — rather than words — can often be a gateway to the imagination.

For example, the sound of waves crashing on the shore can put the listener in a state of relaxation, only to then bring them in contact with their sensual side.

Guided sessions in the app last between 8 and 25 minutes. Subscribers pay $8.99 per month for the sexy service.

The app costs $13 a month, with one developer noting, “When you hear something, it’s all around you — you’re in it.” It’s like being in an ocean or a body of water where you’re literally, in this analogy, submerged instead of being splashed or hosed down with water.”

Dipsea is just an erotic audio app that has been launched in the last few years. Last November, the Sexual Meditation app. Guided by glow was endorsed by Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop.

This app, which costs $8 per month, features a series of guided “erotic audio sessions” designed to bring listeners to orgasm by putting them in a state of extreme relaxation.
