Scottie Scheffler and wife Meredith Scudder celebrate Masters win in 2022

Scottie Scheffler celebrated his first-ever Masters victory with wife Meredith Scudder at his side on Sunday.
The 25-year-old golfer clinched the title of 2022 Masters champion at Augusta National over the weekend after shooting 1-under for a 71 in Sunday’s final round and finishing the tournament 10-under.
Scudder, who has been married to Scheffler since 2020, hugged her husband on the course after the win, with the pair sharing a kiss.

Ahead of the opening round of this year’s Masters, Scudder joined Scheffler on Wednesday for the annual par 3 competition, with the golfer’s loved ones acting as their caddies.
“First timers to the par 3 & it definitely lived up to the hype. Mere is still working on cleaning up the grooves…” Scheffler quipped on Instagram.
Scudder was dressed in caddy clothes for the outing as Scheffler wrapped an arm around his favorite fan.

Earlier this year, Scudder made separate appearances on the course, celebrating Scheffler’s win at February’s WM Phoenix Open and last month’s Arnold Palmer Invitational and World Golf Championships-Dell Technologies Match Play, respectively.
Scheffler is currently the world’s top golfer and has four wins on the PGA Tour as of Sunday. The Masters win was his first major championship.
