The season feels like it’s in full swing for Chicago Bears, but the 2021 season is not yet complete. With Super Bowl LVI coming up, all eyes will be on the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams in an exciting battle of rising talent compared to veteran stars.

To get to that stage in the near future, new general manager Ryan Poles will have some work to do. This season, the Bears have some decisions to create their own free agent, as well as which players they will choose to spend big (or small) in the larger pool of free agents.

When it comes to drafts, the Bears are in a tough spot as they have only two picks in the first four innings and five picks in all.

In his opening press conference, Poland admitted that he always thought he should have more manuscript capital. Therefore, we should expect a deal or two in the 2022 NFL Draft.

If Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles plays his cards right, he could end up with a stretch in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Sacrificing future draft capital is not always the most accepted idea from a fan’s point of view, but in the eyes of the Poles, it will be a necessity.

Poland, a former employee who specializes in attacks, will do whatever it takes to built around quarterback Justin Fields. That is the goal. Of course, every stage is important. However, you can’t win the Super Bowl in today’s NFL unless you build around your quarterback, first and foremost.

In our latest test draft, Poland used some creativity and offered a few more picks in this year’s draft to ensure the Bears are more established for the long term as well as an immediate success.
