Christmas doesn’t come back
Sources say the Sussexes will not be joining the Queen for her first Christmas without Prince Philip.
This year will be the first Christmas since the death of Prince Philip the Queen’s “strength and stay” in April.
The Palace has invited Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, to join them for their traditional Christmas Day festivities in Sandringham, but they will decline, Page six understanding source.
An insider said: ‘There’s been a lot of logistics and family planning for Christmas, so of course the staff knew that Harry and Meghan wouldn’t be coming.
“If it were them, they would have informed it to their families by now.
“But this is His Majesty’s first Christmas without her husband, so one can expect they’ll want to be with her.”
