‘Ridiculous’: West Ham player can’t believe what Tottenham Hotspur is doing

West Ham United striker Michail Antonio says the football Tottenham Hotspur are playing under Ange Postecoglou is “flaming”.

After five Premier League games, Tottenham are unbeaten in Premier League play, playing the best football in the league and scoring goals for fun.

This included Ange Postecoglou’s side scoring goals in the 98th and 100th minutes to beat Sheffield United in the most dramatic fashion at the weekend.

West Ham star Michail Antonio was stunned as he added that the football they play is, as he said, “ridiculous”. The football show of footballers.

Richarlison was one of the main reasons for Spurs’ win against Sheffield United. Michail Antonio had previously made fun of the player, but this time he had something different to offer.

Whatever the case, after the departure of Harry Kane, things are looking up for a Spurs team that hasn’t shown even the slightest signs of missing its club-record goalscorer.

“Tottenham is on fire,” Antonio said. “The football they are playing right now is ridiculous. This manager makes them play unbelievably.”

From James Maddison to Yves Bissouma. Many players stood up in the early stages of the new season.

Maddison has injected life, confidence and creativity into the club’s midfield, while Bissouma looks like a completely different player following his transfer last summer.

But the star of the show has to be manager Ange Postecoglou, who within a few months is already a fan favorite.
