Richard Arnold nearly throws up after drinking a ‘gut shake’ on Good Morning Britain

Richard Arnold nearly threw up on live TV after drinking a ‘gut shake’ today Good morning Britain (15th of November).

The entertainment editor of the morning program took part in a challenge called “Retch for the Stars” modeled after an i am a celebrity Bushtucker Trial.

To win stars, Arnold first had a large yellow snake wrapped around his shoulders while answering trivia about the season so far.

Next, the presenter was tasked with retrieving stars from boxes that were also filled with creatures like mealworms, a lizard, and cockroaches.

Eventually, after collecting the physical stars from their containers with ease, Arnold had to drink a shake made from offal, served in a cocktail glass.

“It’s got liver, heart, kidney, all mixed up,” added co-host Andi Peters.

As the timer ticked down to the final seconds, Arnold drank the brew as quickly as possible. It didn’t take long for the drink to fight its way back up, however, as the presenter audibly gagged.

At one point he had to turn away from the camera and bury his face in a hat in case he vomited live on air.

Soon after, hosts Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley congratulated Arnold on his bravery, to which he quipped, “I love this company’s duty of care.”

As a reward for his participation, Arnold received a t-shirt in the style of the i am a celebrity roommates as well as a branded water bottle.

Recently, on the popular Australian celebrity survival show, Mike Tindall revealed that his mother-in-law, Princess Anne, was on Zara’s 30th birthday. It was like the boxers I was wearing at the time said, ‘Chew my nuts’.”

Elsewhere, some viewers have suggested that “Karma Chameleon” singer Boy George overreacted during an interaction with MP Matt Hancock and is “looking for a fight.”
