Report: Club are now listening to offers for ‘incredible’ striker, West Ham have considered him

AC Milan are currently hearing offers for Divock Origi, a player West Ham United have been eyeing recently.

Accordingly Heaven SportsMilan are open to suggestions for Divock Origi and the 28-year-old is keen to return to England.

He joined the Italian giants from Liverpool in 2022 after his contract at Anfield expired. However, it now looks like he could return to the Premier League.

West Ham are said to have had an interest in Origi 90 mins reports that the Hammers are considering the Belgian.

He hasn’t played for Milan in the new season so a departure is now very likely.

Divock Origi could be a good squad player for West Ham

Origi hasn’t done enough to become West Ham’s first-choice forward in the last year.

The Belgium international scored just two goals in 27 league games for Milan last season. Overall, he was never a productive striker.

The 2016/17 Premier League season was his best as a Liverpool player but he only managed to find the net seven times in 34 appearances.

Nonetheless, the fact that he knows the department might appeal to David Moyes, although he clearly has some useful qualities. His former manager Jürgen Klopp has praised him as an “incredible footballer”.

So ultimately, Origi may be able to work for West Ham, but asking him to lead the line and score goals every week is probably asking too much.

It doesn’t look like Origi is a priority for West Ham right now anyway. But considering he’s played in England before and is available, be it with the Hammers or another Premier League club, there could be a bite before the transfer window closes.
