Registered sex offender faces new charge of exposing himself to a child in Rialto – San Bernardino Sun
The Rialto police department said on Tuesday a Fontana sex offender is facing charges of revealing himself to a minor.
The department said the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office charged William Polson, 63, with indecent conduct with a criminal record.
Polson is accused of having an affair with a 10-year-old child near a business in the 200th block of Foothill Avenue in Rialto on January 8.
While the incident was happening, the victim was able to inform a nearby family member of what had happened while Polson was believed to have fled – although Rialto police arrested him before he could. We can run away from the area.
