A SKILLED bargainer managed to get over £750 off their annual Sky TV subscription.

MoneySavingExpert Reader Luke tells the blog he can reduce his monthly bill from £133 to just £70 a month, saving him hundreds of pounds a year.

Luke wrote to Martin Lewis’ weekly newsletter: “I’ve reduced them from £133 a month to £70 a month for TV, movies, sport and Netflix add-ons – save £756 per year. “

His staggering savings of £63 a month has been named one of MoneySavingExpert’s ‘success of the year’.

“Ask what they can best offer, and if you develop a good relationship, try haggling with a different offer,” she says.

“Usually they’ll offer setup packages, but they might have a product like a Wi-Fi booster.”
