Ravens put Smith on the reserve / COVID-19 roster, Elevate Williams – CBS Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – The Baltimore Ravens have placed full-back Jimmy Smith on the Reserve/COVID-19 roster and activated defensive back Mazzi Williams from training, the franchise said Sunday.

The loss of Smith marks the latest setback for Baltimore’s second team, who have been plagued by injury and added defensive backs Chris Westry and Chuck Clark to the Subs/COVID-19 roster earlier in the week.

With Westry and Smith out of action, Baltimore is said to be counting on the rotation of Anthony Averett, Tavon Young, Kevon Seymour, Robert Jackson and Williams against the Green Bay Packers.

We are placing CB Jimmy Smith on COVID-19 / Subs and activating DB Mazzi Wilkins from the practice team to replace COVID-19.
