Rapper Travis Scott is suing for negligence that resulted in injury at the 2019 Rolling Loud Festival, according to the report

MIAMI, Fla. (KTRK) – Rapper Travis Scott is facing another lawsuit, but it concerns his performance at a 2019 festival in Miami.

The Houston-area product is now accused of negligence which resulted in injuries during its performance at the Rolling Loud Festival in 2019.

The plaintiff reportedly said she sustained serious injuries after being trampled on by a crowd in Miami.

The lawsuit alleges Scott continued to incite the crowd to engage in a mosh pit and other dangerous activities.

This comes after Travis is currently handling over 400 lawsuits stemming from the Astroworld Festival tragedy on November 5, 2021, which killed 10 concert-goers and injured hundreds more.
