Quordle Answer 163: July 6, 2022 Word Solution

That Quordle 163 answer for July 6, 2022 was discovered. Today’s Quordle is on the easier side for the most part. Most of the words in the puzzle shouldn’t be too difficult to decipher as at least two of them are made up of more common letters. However, there is one word in the lower left corner that might give you trouble due to a double consonant as well as a very rare consonant with an unusual ending. As a reference, it’s a noun describing a stealthy warrior. However, if you need the complete solution, see the next paragraph.

What is Quordle Answer 163? (July 6, 2022)

Quordle Answer 163

The Quordle Answer 163 is:

  • “CHORD”
  • “NINJA”

Of the bunch, “NINJA” will fittingly be the most difficult word. It will probably take quite a while to figure out the “-JA” ending, which is rare enough without the extremely unusual letter “J”. If you follow the general strategy of finding all the common letters at the beginning of the puzzle, you should be able to get the “A”, “I” and “N”. But it might take a bit to take the extra step to guess the second “N” consonant. Unfortunately, without the “N” in the first position, you probably won’t reach for the “J” in the fourth position.

Fortunately, the other three words are easier to solve by comparison, so you should have enough guesswork to calculate “NINJA”. Both “CHORD” and “SANER” are made up of the simpler letters, with “CHORD” being a bit more difficult if your three opening words don’t contain the “C”, “H” or “D”. We’re lucky to have “LUCKY” as one of our three opening words, so the “K” in “PINKY” wasn’t difficult to understand. Hopefully you can get the “P” otherwise stick with the “?INKY” construction which has a large set of possible solutions.
