Kate Garraway praises after performing in front of the Royal Family
KATE Gawrrawy read Christina Rossetti’s poem Love Came Down at Christmas in front of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and other royals in Royal Carols: Together at Christmas.
Wearing a cream coat over a red shirt, Kate manages to push through a message of hope, despite the heartbreaking news about her husband. Derek was taken to the hospital in March of last year after contracting Covid-19.
“Love descends at Christmas, love is all lovely, love is divine, love is born at Christmas, the star and the angels have given the sign,” she read.
“Worship us as God, love incarnate, divine love, worship us as our Lord Jesus, but for the divine sign love will be our sign, love love is yours and love is mine.
“Love for God and all people, love for petitions, gifts and signs.”
Viewers of Royal Carols couldn’t believe that Kate could compose the poem herself
“Kate Garraway. How she goes on and on and juggles all she does, I don’t know. She’s super human,” one viewer wrote on Twitter.
