A New Jersey man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a shooting last year outside a bar in Queens That left an NYPD school security agent dead, police said.
Quasawn Williams, 29, was charged with attempted murder on Dec. 23 outside the Stiletto Lounge on Steinway Street near Astoria Boulevard, authorities said.
Mye Johnson, a 27-year-old security agent, was celebrating her birthday with her twin sister when the two, along with a friend, were shot dead outside the bar during a feud with a group.
Johnson died of her wounds. Her sister and boyfriend sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said “several” suspects opened fire on the victims. It was unclear what sparked the dispute.
Williams was also charged with criminal gun possession. No other suspects were arrested.
