Power Outage: Over 3,000 CenterPoint customers in northwest Harris County are without power after a trailer hits a light pole

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A vehicle struck one of CenterPoint Energy’s utility poles, causing a power outage for about 3,700 customers in northwest Harris County Saturday, CenterPoint said.

“Crews are on site and will continue to work safely to carry out repairs as quickly as possible. Customer service will be gradually restored as we continue to work to isolate circuits and crews complete necessary repairs,” a spokesman for CenterPoint said.
