Phillip Schofield’s wife and daughter surprised him with a sweet gift at This Morning

PHILLIP Schofield reveals his wife Steph and his daughters surprised him with 40 sunflowers celebrating his 40th anniversary on TV.
The TV star, 59, took to Instagram yesterday to share a photo of the gorgeous bouquet and reveal that they were even featured on This Morning on Tuesday.

In the first split second, Phillip revealed his loved ones surprised him with his favorite flower to mark his career milestone.
He wrote: “40 sunflowers just sent to work by Steph and my girls to mark my phone anniversary! My favorite flower, thanks xx”.
The presenter then shared a short video of the bouquet during his and Holly Willoughby’s presentation from This Morning on Tuesday.
Writing across the clip, he says: “Put my flowers on the phone.”
Phillip is the father of Molly, 29, and Ruby, 26, along with his wife Stephanie. The couple married in 1993.
In February 2020, Phillip came out as gay with the full support of his wife and family.
After their debut, Steph said she ‘loves him as much as I ever have’ and the couple have no plans to divorce.
Earlier this week, Phillip held back tears as his ITV colleagues paid tribute to his 40 years on television.
The 59-year-old received the surprise of his life this morning when Lorraine Kelly walked into his dressing room and revealed they were dedicating her gig to him.

He then received rave reviews from his co-stars throughout the years – including Holly Willoughby, who joined him on the show.
Presenting the duo Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly also helped mark the milestone.
One segment shows Holly, 41, recalling how Schofield had specifically asked her to join him as co-host of his This Morning show.
“I don’t know why you’re so convinced of it, and I thank you every single day because I know you’ve really established yourself with that school of thought, and it really depends on you,” she said. I took that job.
“Without a doubt, without you I would not have been able to do this Morning.
“And I came into that program and I was very new. I know how to do a little telephony because I did Saturday mornings, so I know the basics.
“But This Morning is a big, big, important TV show, and I just sat there like a sponge, absorbing everything and learning everything.”
Holly described her longtime co-host as “very generous, kind, very patient” and said he was “willing to guide me” before adding: “He still does today. that work.”
Ferne Britton, who presented This Morning for a decade until 2009, was also among those appearing on the show and wished Schofield “a very happy future”, before adding: “Congrats. cheers and move on.”
Actresses Judi Dench and Miriam Margoles also shared video messages for him.
But Eamonn Holmes and his wife Ruth Langsford have gone missing notably – after Eamonn called him “passively aggressive” in an interview over the weekend.
Eamonn, 62, was born in Belfast and his wife was replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermott O’Leary after 14 years hosting This Morning on Fridays and over the holidays.
